since last weigh-in (a few weeks ago) I've lost 5.

Paleo.

Not much.... just a lot of house work, and that's about it.

I would say I was about 98% Paleo this week. I even managed to stay in ketosis all week!
6. Any slips or set backs this week?
A few, but nothing major. (I just cannot say no to Casa Ole')
